AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND 🇳🇿

Project Jonah | 2019
Each year, hundreds of whales and dolphins strand on the shores of New Zealand. While, some are sick or injured, others are healthy and just need a helping hand back out to sea. Therefore, saving whales isn't as easy as it looks and successful rescue often depends on properly trained volunteers. Thus, Stefan became a Marine Mammal Medic by taking a course with Jonah Project and became trained volunteer. Also, he is on the national call list of New Zealand, which means that when a stranding occurs, his lifesaving skills can be called upon.
